The re-powered and refreshed 2011 Bentley Continental GT could be admired at the Paris International Motor Show from 2010 October and now the British car producers have released new pictures which seem to have been taken somewhere in the Middle East, judging by the GT’s license plates and the surroundings. It is quite obvious the fact that the luxury sports has been based on the new Mulsanne flagship and received a cosmetic makeover, while it has maintained the signature styling cues. All in all, a crispier design describes the 2011 MY with a new grille at the front as well as gemstone headlights, while the interior features a reshaped dashboard with a new touch-screen interface in order to provide the audio and navigation systems, and an updated instrument panel. But the hood has also undergone some significant changes provided by a more efficient version of the 6.0-liter turbocharged W12 which raises an output of 575 hp and 516 Nm of peak torque. A last detail which has come to our attention is the fact that in late 2011, the Continental GT is planned to receive a new 8-cylinder engine.
